Hi, I’m Adam Pimentel

Over the past few years, I’ve spoken with hundreds of clinics across Canada.

CHIME isn’t an “out-of-the-box” solution; we tailor it to your clinic, your workflows, and the way you care for your patients and support your staff. That’s why I take the time to understand the day-to-day realities of your practice, to make sure CHIME is truly the right fit.

We’re not the right solution for everyone, but for the clinics we can help, the impact is significant. Seeing that transformation firsthand is what I love most about my job.

When CHIME is a fit, it’s a game-changer for your clinic. Send me an email, and let’s schedule a Zoom call to explore whether CHIME is right for you.

My Approach

#1 - Exploratory Chat

Let’s have a chat. Tell me about your clinic. Tell me about your pain points. Let’s see whether our technology will solve your problems. I’ll have a slide deck to share with you.

#2 - Layout and Questions

I’ll move onto asking you some more detailed questions, and asking for a layout of your clinic. This will help me better understand the nitty gritty of your organization and needs, and how much time and effort it’ll get running.

#3 - An Initial Written Proposal

At this point, I’ll be able to share with you a written proposal. It will capture my understanding of your clinic and your needs, as well as set out the one-time and annual pricing. Iterating on this written proposal becomes the basis of our continued work together.

#4 - Iterating on the Written Proposal

The first draft of the proposal is never the last draft. There are additional nuances to iron out. Additional demos. Additional questions. Value engineering the scope of work and the price. My job is to work with you to find out what you need (and don’t need), and to help you get to a point where you’re excited to say “yes - let’s move forward”.

#5 - Contract

I’ll attach our finalized written proposal to a short 2 page pro-forma template contract. You sign. We sign. And we’re done!

#6 - Kick Off Meeting

We’ll have a kick off meeting where I’ll do a warm handover to our onboarding team. We’ll go through the written proposal together one last time to make sure we’re all on the same page, and it’s off to the races!
