Results & Highlights

CHIME significantly improved how patients, clinicians and staff move through our large and busy pediatric clinic. We were looking for a reliable way to help patients navigate our space while keeping our team aligned and communicating effectively throughout the day. CHIME delivered on both. The result has been smoother daily operations, better use of our exam rooms, and far less manual coordination for our staff, all without needing to add headcount.

Our Biggest Challenge was…

Our biggest challenge in adopting CHIME was moving away from a traditional setup where doctors were assigned to specific rooms for the day. Adjusting to a more flexible, portable way of working required a shift in mindset … but it quickly became essential to unlocking the full value of the system.
