CHIME URL Configuration and Parameters

CHIME allows for adjusting the information displayed to accommodate different scenarios. This includes:

  • queues appropriate for specific waiting rooms

  • dashboards appropriate for specific areas (e.g. different pods of the clinic)

  • device and resolution nuances

Some URL parameters that can be used to tweak the presentation of the dashboard include:

device=desktop (to prevent mobile mode)

filterGroupId=123 (to show subsets of information, although the available options must be configured by your Account Manager)

roomOnlyMode=3 (or roomOnlyMode=4, to display only rooms using 3 or 4 columns respectively)

demoMode=true (to automatically redact patient information)

hideReason=true (to hide the appointment reason)

A sample URL would be:

http://example.myclinic.io/clinic/123-main-street/flow?device=desktop&demoMode=true
