CHIME Integration with OCEAN

It is possible to integrate CHIME and OCEAN for the purpose of modifying the patient check-in workflow based on whether or not certain OCEAN forms have been completed.

Step 1:

Supply your CHIME account manager with the following information in a secure way. This information can be viewed in the 'Manage Credentials' section of the Ocean Admin tab (see the below image).

Site Key (e.g. OCEAN_API_SITEKEY)
SiteCredential (e.g. 1c123123-1234-1234-1234-123121233)
Site Number (E.g. 1234)

Step 2:

Please supply the following in a secure way.  This information cannot be found within Ocean directly, it’s something that the clinic should have set and stores outside Ocean.

Shared Encryption Key: (e.g. 123456)
