Pre-Payment Requests

You can use our slide interface to prepare an invoice for a patient to complete payment prior to actioning their request. This could be pre-payment for a prescription renewal request, sick note or sending electronic messages to their physician etc..

For example - if a clinic charges a fee for patients request prescription renewals without an appointment, the slide interface will only allow the patient to proceed with submitting their refill request once the payment has been completed.

Payment is processed via Stripe as a third party. Payments can be directed to either patient’s specific physician’s banking or to the clinic.

Kindly note that there will also be an additional vendor fee included in the total invoice amount.

Pre-authorized Payments

Additionally to the above, we can ensure that the payment is not taken from the patient without being confirmed by the clinic.

For example - if a patient sends payment for an electronic message to their MD, but clinic want to confirm that they deem the payment necessary for that message, and can either cancel the pending payment, or approve the payment.
