Our digital front door helps clinics build custom online workflows quickly, securely, and cost-effectively:

  • sending secure online messages or requests

  • updating contact information

  • completing intake and medical history forms


Have a Problem or Need Some Support?

Help for Mobile / Wireless Device Users

Oftentimes, weak WiFi connections can cause technical issues.

To troubleshoot this try:

  1. Moving to a space with better wireless signal.

  2. Try a wired connection (i.e. a computer connected with an ethernet cord).

  3. If neither of the above steps work, try again in 30 minutes - 1 hour. If you continue to have issues after taking these steps, please email us at technical.support@chimeclinic.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots and, if possible, a link to your browser details.

Help for Desktop / Wired Connections

  1. Try a Different Browser
    If you are using Firefox, try Chrome

  2. Clear your Cache
    If it works on one browser, but not another, it might be a caching issue which can be solved by clearing your offending browser’s cache. There are different instructions to do so for different browsers:

  3. Wait and Try Again
    If none of the above steps work, please wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try again - as it could be a connectivity issue.

    If you continue to have issues after taking these steps, please email us at technical.support@chimeclinic.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots and, if possible, a link to your browser details.
