Oftentimes, weak WiFi connections can cause technical issues.
To troubleshoot this try:Moving to a space with better wireless signal.
Try a wired connection (i.e. a computer connected with an ethernet cord).
If neither of the above steps work, try again in 30 minutes - 1 hour. If you continue to have issues after taking these steps, please email us at technical.support@chimeclinic.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots and, if possible, a link to your browser details.

Try a different browser (e.g. If you are using Firefox, try Chrome).
Clear your Cache: If it works on one browser, but not another, it might be a caching issue which can be solved by clearing your offending browser’s cache. There are different instructions to do so for different browsers:
If none of the above steps work, please wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try again - as it could be a connectivity issue.
