If you need to re-boot your waiting room TV, you will need to power cycle the device to re-connect it to the WiFi.

• How to manually power cycle the device:

  • All you need to do is unplug and replug the power cable.

  • You can do so either from the reception area and unplug it from the ceiling outlet OR do so from the waiting room side and just unplug both cables from the device for 10 seconds, and then plug it back in.

• Power cycling the device should get your device to to reconnect to WiFi
