Backup Database
Occasionally, clinics run into unexpected problems that require data that our regular daily logging does not provide enough data for. In these cases, we ask clinics to use the ‘Backup Database’ button in the Administrative tools to give us a better ‘snapshot’ of the moment the problems arise.
How to Backup the Database
Navigate to Administrative Tools:
Click the ‘Menu’ at the top left of the window
Click ‘Admin Tools’
Click ‘Backup Database’ (may take several minutes)
Email us to let us know the details of your issue, and that you have backed up the database to capture it.
You do not need to back up the database unless advised - we regularly backup the important information, and many problems can be solved using just our existing logs.
