How to Change the Brightness of a CHIME Tablet

The default brightness of a CHIME Tablet can be adjusted to accommodate your onsite conditions.

Step 1 : Access the Tablet Settings

  1. Tap on the tablet quickly 4 times

  2. Use the password provided to you by your Account Manager

  3. You’ll then be in the “kiosk” application settings page

  4. At the top right, there will be a small Gear icon… Tap it

  5. You should now be in the tablet Settings page

Step 2 : Change the Brightness

  1. Navigate to Display Settings

  2. Adjust the Brightness

  3. We recommend turning OFF “adaptive brightness” because the tablet sensor is usually obstructed by the kiosk enclosure, and so will not be accurate.
