How do I undo a check-in or an advance?
Undo a check-in
When you check in a patient using the dashboard, an UNDO button will briefly appear at the top.
If you accidentally check in the wrong patient, quickly click the UNDO button and the check-in will be reversed. After that button is gone, there are no more quick undo options available. You may need to Delete Patients from CHIME and add the appointment again manually.
Undo an advance
If a patient is incorrectly advanced, you can drag them back to the appropriate waiting room.
