Hardware & Wiring Requirements
CHIME is a clinic workflow management system. It involves the deployment of a variety of hardware throughout a clinic, including waiting room screens and wall-mounted room tablets.
Wall-mounted Dashboards
It is possible to deploy the CHIME Dashboard on multiple wall-mounted TVs within reception and nursing areas and other non-patient facing areas, for staff to conveniently view.
The same requirements as for the waiting room TVs apply.
Notably, having this component is not strictly necessary. For example, some clinics just have the CHIME Dashboard displayed on a dedicated second monitor sitting on a desk in the staff area. We do not have specific placement recommendations as this is very specific to a particular clinic’s layout.
