What Does the Monthly Fee Cover?
One-Time Fees:
They cover hardware, installation, training, and initial configuration.
These fees are charged at cost, with no profit anticipated.
Ongoing Monthly Fees:
All of the normal stuff “post launch”, e.g:
Licenses for software usage.
Ongoing support and training.
Necessary adjustments and updates.
Third-party fees for services such as remote hardware management and EMR integration (if applicable).
Exclusions: Please note that the standard monthly fee does not cover:
Hardware replacement or repair.
Significant custom development.
Our team is dedicated to continually enhancing and adding to our system (usually) based on customer feedback, and we strive to implement these improvements without additional charges. To date, we have not had to impose extra fees beyond the standard monthly rate, but we want to ensure transparency regarding these distinctions.
