Accuro QHR Manual Export
Instructions for manually exporting appointments from Accuro QHR for manual import into CHIME.
Log into Accuro QHR
Access the Scheduler Tab and ensure you’re viewing today’s schedule.
Press and hold the CTRL key while clicking on the PRINT Icon. This will open a dialog box.
There will be a list of data that can be export. The default items selected will be appropriate unless otherwise advised by your CHIME account manager.
Click on the button under the Export To field. This will open a dialog box to select a location to save the export.
Click on This PC.
Click on Local Disk (which corresponds to the hard drive of the computer you are currently using), and navigate to an appropriate spot.
Enter a filename of your choice (E.g. CHIME.csv) and click Save.
For the Physician Selection option, choose - - - All - - -
Click OK to complete the export
If asked “How do you want to open this file?”, just press Escape. There is no need to open the file.
The file will now have been downloaded to your computer at the spot you specified. Upload it to your CHIME server with these instructions.
Pro-Tip: If you need to export non-default data, or to save the Export To location, you can Save the settings
