Importing CSV files into CHIME

Before you can import files, you should have exported today’s appointments from your EMR. If not, follow one of these instructions:

Ready to import? Follow these steps:

  1. Click the round Add Patient icon on the bottom right on your CHIME dashboard. An Add Patient(s) pop-up will appear.

  2. Click on the IMPORT FROM FILE tab at the top right.

  3. If you only have a single file to import (e.g. from Accuro QHR), you can simply drag-and-drop your CSV file(s) into the pop-up.

  4. If you have two files to import (E.g. from TELUS PS, you probably will need to use the “select a file from your computer instead” option (dragging and dropping multiple files does not always work)

  5. Done!
