Telus CHR Manual Export
Instructions for manually exporting appointments from Telus CHR for manual import into CHIME.
Important: To export data from Telus CHR, your Telus CHR account will need the appropriate data export permissions and have two-factor authentication enabled. For more information, read more here (redirects to Telus CHR’s website).
Follow these instructions on how to export data from Telus’s CHR (redirects to Telus CHR’s website)
— Select “Schedule“ in the “Type of data to export” field
— Make sure that “Export as Google Calendar Format” checkbox is UNCHECKED
— Leave the “Primary Practitioner (Optional)” field EMPTY
— Leave the “Filter File (Optional)” field EMPTY
— Note the name of the fileOn your computer, locate the file that you just downloaded
The schedule file will be in a ZIP format, you will need to extract its contents by right clicking on it and selecting “Extract All” in the pop-up menu
— You will be prompted to select a location into which the contents will be extracted, select a location that will be easy for you to find later
— You will be prompted for the password that you created earlier, type it in
You have successfully exported the appointment schedule from Telus CHR. Upload it to your CHIME with these instructions.
